Within change is a beautiful relationship between effort, pleasure, and discipline.

It can be hard to begin. Even if you really want something and believe it will enhance your health and wellbeing (mediation, movement, proper hydration, therapy, reading, starting a business - just to name a few).

Making a change and trying somethin

Storytelling is an art and a medicine.

Share your story once or a hundred times. Tell it to a human or the desert or the tree outside your kitchen window.

Tell your story to be full of yourself after. Careful not to tell it to give yourself away.
