Individual Therapy

Loving yourself is radical.

It takes courage, endurance, and compassion to step toward a life rooted in connection and pleasure.

I have a decade of experience working with people as they recover lost parts while making contact with their felt sense of self-compassion, trust, and forgiveness.

I have experience with the following mental health disorders and life experiences: anxiety and panic disorders, depression, major life transitions, heartbreak, and community disconnection.

I specialize in reproductive mental health, transformative repair after infidelity, self-compassion, trauma recovery, and grief work.

  • Lets work together on...

  • the inner critic, anxiety, and chronic worry

  • learning new skills to collaborate in healthy relationships

  • honoring heartbreak, grief, and loss

  • integration of transformative experiences

  • intimacy and vulnerability

  • advocacy and communication skills

  • trust, forgiveness, compassion

AFTER ABORTION CARE

I offer abortion-affirming care after one or multiple abortions and/or pregnancy loss. Abortion can be a portal toward self-trust and self-love. Abortion and pregnancy loss deserve respect, reverence, compassion, and nuance. I help people move out of guilt, shame, and grief toward acceptance, creativity, and empowerment.

I show up to sessions with an embodied presence, participating with a clear and compassionate style of communicating and relating.

I practice from a feminist perspective, and my training includes, but is not limited to, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Polyvagal work for Trauma and Addiction, Focusing, Somatic Practices, Dance, and Depth Psychotherapy.
